My Story in NFT, METAVERSE & Onchain Creator Economy

When and How do i start my NFT Journey.
Yes, i've been very interested in comic, anime and art since my young age. I always went to comic book shop to read various comic books. My favorite is Japanese Comic and Hong Kong Comic.
I'm addicted to Video Games since primary school. I often went to my friend's house and arcade to play some video games. My first few video game was Mario, Contra, Zelda, Final Fantasy etc. My first arcade game was Street Fighter.
Above few interest of mine, which is Comic, Cartoon and Game, had influenced me, to wish in become an Artist, Comic Artist or Game Developer.
Later in the stage, I develop a new passion for Filming during my secondary school. This has cause me to choose Film Production & 3D Animation as my undergraduate studies and my main profession now.
All these personal interest and hobby of mine, had sharpen my senses when looking into NFTs, Digital Collectibles and the Metaverse industry. It is highly related with my Passion.
My First NFT - Virtual Land
I started to noticed NFT through "Virtual Land", it was year 2020. As a passionate game player myself, owning an item in a traditional game is impossible. Player/User is not possible to own or co-create anything in the game.
When i first heard of "Virtual Land" i was pretty shocked and excited. It means you can own something and be part of the game ecosystem. Of course, this has further develop into various trend and buzzwords such as "Play to Earn" and "Metaverse". These words are seldom mentioned in year 2020. The Crypto community and myself are just calling it as "Virtual Land". All these are tie to the NFT umbrella.
I started to collect various NFT in year 2020. This image is a 6X6 estate (36 plots of combined land) that i bought in SANDBOX back in November, 2020. It was a presales and the entire Estate cost is around MYR5000 (USD1300). If you have bought 1 Land plot at that time was cost around USD30 - USD40.
I was really excited after buying my first Virtual Land and trying to share the story to some of my friends. Most of my friends couldn't get it and think it was just a Pixel image on the internet/ blockchain. Which now the market and public had recognized it as - the METAVERSE and NFTs.
I "get it" when i first saw it, due to my background and experience in Gaming, Comic, Filming & 3D Animation.
I was pretty much addicted to NFT after that, especially virtual land. However, the word addicted is just a word to describe my strong interest in this niche, a new hobby of mine.
I started to collect all others Metaverse Land for example: CryptoVoxels, Somnium Space, Decentraland, NetVRK, Vulcan Verse, Bloktopia etc.
All these Metaverse Land are still consider very new to many people now. And that's what i want, i like to get into something that nobody notice yet.
PFP NFT
This is the first Abstract Art NFT - Chromie Squiggle, that i collected in early year 2021. If not mistaken, it was the first project from the famous NFT studio - Art Blocks.
The market begin to love PFP (Profile Picture) NFT Project in Q2 2021. Ape, Frogs/Toadz, Dogs and Cats are among the most popular species in the PFP NFT category. Besides all the general PFP project, METAKEY is the first NFT project that provide interoperable access to the Metaverse.
I am the Key Master in the Metakey ecosystem, which hold all 4 Metakey edition.
RTFKT CloneX is one of the most interesting PFP that i got in at presales 0.05 ETH. RTFKT is one of the top NFT Studio and now is acquired by NIKE.
Since then, it has done 5 free airdrops to all the holders in their ecosystem.
VeeFriends is another NFT project that i'm in since year 2021, the presale price was around 0.55 ETH at a Dutch Auction. It is a NFT project by Social Marketing GURU Gary Vee. Owning a VeeFriends NFT allow holders to attend his Annual Conference for 3 years. Also able to participate into various NFT drops in the future.
Perhaps GALA Founders Node is one of the best NFT that i own so far. There will only be 50,000 Founders Node in Gala, and will become a NFT once the last Node been sold out at the price of USD100,000.
Node Holders will receive 650 Gala tokens reward everyday if we help to run the nodes daily to help maintain the GALA Games network. GALA Games is one of the top Blockchain Game company in the world.
Exploring NFT in other Blockchain
When everybody still in the hype of Ethereum NFT. I went into exploring NFT projects in the other blockchain ecosystem. My NFT collection is across various blockchain such as: Solana, Cardano, Binance, Fantom, Vechain, Klaytn, Avalanche, Velas, Tezos etc. The process of looking for an undervalue NFT projects is just so fun! My collection include Virtual Lands, 2D & 3D PFP (Profile Picture), Music NFT, Access Pass NFT, Fashion NFT, In-Game Assets & Avatar NFT etc.
Exploring NFT in other Blockchain
There are also many type of NFT in the other blockchain ecosystem. My strategy is basically buy all the Blue Chip NFTs in these 2 category:-
1) PFP NFT
2) Metaverse Virtual Land NFT
These 2 are the best category in NFT, at the moment.
Metaverse Land in the other Blockchain
CARDANO Blockchain Metaverse NFT
I started to look into the entire Cardano NFT ecosystem since 2021. Besides the PFP project, what got me interested is their Metaverse Land project. I able to participate in the biggest Metaverse Land project in cardano - PAVIA. The presale price for each Land Plot was around 50 to 80 ADA. I manage to purchase several 3X3 Estates and many 1X1 Land plots in PAVIA. I also collected numerous Estates and Lands in other Cardano Metaverse project such as: Boss Planet, Cardano Village, ADA Realms, & Cabin of Ape Society.
BItcoin Blockchain Metaverse NFT
Bitmap is the only Open Source Metaverse project in crypto. There's more than 100 builders building in Bitmap.
Vechain, Klaytn, Velas Blockchain Metaverse
There are many more other upcoming blockchain that we can explore into.
Digital Village is the flagship Metaverse project in VET Blockchain. KlayLand is a korean based Metaverse project in Klaytn blockchain. Velhalla is the only Metaverse project in the Velas blockchain. We own Estates and Lands in all these Metaverse.
My Future Plan & Prediction on NFT + Metaverse
For me, NFT is the "Property in the Crypto space". If you picked and collect the right project, good NFT project will preserve and increase the quantity of native tokens massively (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Cardano or others).
So, what is my Plan in the bear market?
1) I will continue to hold all Blue Chip NFT projects which i bought at a very low price, 2 years ago.
So far, i had accumulated more than 2000 NFTs from various blockchain ecosystem, include Blue Chip, Mid Cap and Small Cap projects.
2) I will wait in the bear market, and buy when those good NFT projects has a -80% pullback from their peak price.
3) I will acquire more Virtual Land Estates (combined land) in various blockchain, in during the bear market.
4) I will build and launch a few NFT Collection in different blockchain. Bear Cycle is the best time to build.
My Prediction for MACRO:-
1) NFT now is in the Consumer NFT phase, my guess is it will get adopted by corporate and government, to become Corporate NFT, Commercial NFT and Industrial NFT. In future, NFT won't be call as NFT. The term will keep changing according to trend, but the concept will remain the same.
2) Fully Immersive Metaverse is possible to become a reality in 50 years (perhaps at least the BETA version). The ultimate goal is for human to "LIVE" in the Metaverse with their consciousness, without physical body. Your thoughts and memory will be downloadable and enter the Immersive Metaverse by uploading to the Metaverse A.I Mainframe. Everything will be 100% Digital and Virtual.

And NO, i do not like this Future. But if this is what the "Elites" plan to do, it might become true without resistance. Because human will just get brainwashed and believe in whatever the mainstream media feeding them.
Therefore, there's only 2 option to choose when you know this thing is going to be absolutely happen. In fact, it's happening.
Option 1) Prep to become a Resistance. This is not about getting rich but make yourself prep enough to not needed to bow down to the system, so you able to say NO to the system when the time comes. longer any resource you can get to resist the change. And educate the next generation about what is happening.
Option 2) Prep to be an Opportunist (in fact you can start now). What opportunity do you see from
"their ultimate goal"?
I cant answer for you, if you couldn't even see it.
What i can say is, we all need to be Independent Thinker, in order to get out of the "Loop", and make the best decision.
